I am a long term sufferer of tinnitus, or ringing in the ear. It is constant and relentless. I have not known what silence sounds like for many many years. This blog is for me and those like me or who know someone with tinnitis to share experiences, coping mechanisms and resources, empathy and understanding.

One of those days.
There are days where I want to bash my head in with a bat and I pray for a heart attack to end the ringing. Today was one of those days.
